Important Information Regarding Your Debit Card – Blocked Transactions
In response to current alerts of excessive fraudulent activity, we may block or limit transactions that can be processed using your Mainstreet Community Bank of Florida debit card. These precautions are taken to protect our customers and the funds in their accounts from potential fraud.
As of January 24, 2019, there is an active block on signature-based and internet-based debit card transactions for various merchants (including general merchandise and variety stores) in the state of Florida. Cardholders may continue to conduct PIN-based transactions at the affected merchants.
If you suspect fraudulent activity on your card, please contact the bank immediately.
To report a lost or stolen debit card during business hours, contact us at (386) 734-5930. After business hours, call (866) 546-8273.
